Due to popular demand we are offering a second class so why not bring your mom and enjoy creating the willow obelisk together!
In this half day workshop you will learn how to weave a garden obelisk from willow. Use this beautiful natural structure in your garden as a trellis for plants that love to climb. You can also repurpose it as part of your holiday decorating by adding a set of fairy lights, bows and greenery to dress it up with a festive flair.
This is a beginner friendly course, no prior weaving experience is required. Students should come prepared with a sharp pair of garden shears and room in the car to take home their finished creation. The finished obelisk will measure 14" diameter by 54" tall.
The cost for this class is $100 for Members and $115 for Non Members
There is a $50 material fee to be paid to the instructor on the day of the class (properly cured and prepared willow is difficult to access and involves many days of preparation by the instructor in advance of the class)
