If you have been tempted to explore the art of water colour painting, consider joining Michael de Belleval in this three part class offered for the first time at the Ailsa Craig Arts Centre.
Michael is an experienced teacher of the medium and has taught extensively at the Woodstock Art Gallery, Ingersoll Creative Arts Centre and the Woodstock Seniors Centre amongst other places. In this class he will guide you through this step by step method with explanations of what to do and why, in order to produce a complete painting in every lesson. He will deal with the many techniques, skills and the background knowledge needed to create a successful painting, through each of the three lessons. Of particular note, Michael will discuss paint mixing, colour theory and compostion. Each class is two and a half hours per lesson and runs from 10:00 am - 12:30 am on Monday June 13, 20th and 27th. This class is suitable for painters of all skill levels and will be held in the Ailsa Craig Arts Centre.
