Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness.  It is a dynamic, powerful technology for promoting health and a sense of well-being. It is a complete science combining postures, breath work, mantras and meditation. It is a potent and effective practice in which you experience self transformation and strong personal growth.

Hello! My name is Sue Eagleson and I have been a student of Kundalini Yoga for over 12 years During this past year I completed my Level 1 Teacher Training with IKYTA.  As a member of the North Middlesex Community, I am very excited to bring Kundalini Yoga back to the community. For many years, classes were held at the Beechwood Presbyterian Church and most recently, the Nairn Mennonite Church.

The primary goal of Kundalini Yoga is to allow us to reach our full potential and to expand our self awareness. It is truly a yoga practice for the entire family.

What to bring:

A yoga mat or a blanket to sit on during the class. Wear loose fitting or yoga clothing; whatever you will be comfortable in as work through the class. There will be stretching.  Please bring any blocks or cushions that you may have used in other yoga classes. You may also bring water to stay hydrated during class. Prepare to have fun!

Details:
