If you want to improve your watercolour painting, this class is for you!  Lynn Haygarth will lead you through several different techniques when using watercolours.  She will show you the best way to hold a watercolour brush,  how to make flowers glow,  how to make backgrounds stand out, changing colour value and more!

Student Supplies:  watercolour paints and brushes.  We will provide the watercolour paper.  Note:  If you don't have watercolours or brushes, the Arts Centre can provide some for you for a $5.00 material fee, payable the day of the class.

Lynn Haygarth is an award winning artist who teaches watercolour, watercolour batik, acrylic, mixed media, line and wash and wool felting.  Her classes arw designed so the absolute beginner can learn many new techniques and go home with a finished, well crafted work of art.

Register on this website.  You must register 2 weeks prior to the class.  If there are not enough students to run the class, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.  You can cancel the class up to 2 weeks prior to the class, and a refund will be issued, less a $10.00 administration fee.

This class will be held upstairs at Ye Olde Town Hall so social distancing can be observed.  Masks will be required.
