This interesting class is for anyone who wants to create a bracelet using the Viking knitting method.  Yes, weaving fine wire in the Viking style is called knitting!  The Instructor, Diny Warren is a very talented fibre artist who enjoys spinning, weaving, rug hooking, natural dyeing and knitting.

In this class, you will create a fine copper or silver wire bracelet, a beautiful piece of jewelry that you learned to create yourself.  The instructor will provide materials.

We will hold this class outside, or upstairs at Ye Olde Town Hall, at the Arts Centre or at the pavilion at the Community Centre, depending on what rules for social distancing are in place.  Masks are mandatory if the class is held indoors and encouraged if outdoors.

Register on this website and pay with a credit card.  Payment must be received by July 31, 2021 and a minimum of 6 students are needed to run the class.  We will advise by July 31st if the class goes forward.

Members: $60, HST included

Non Members:  $75, HST included

Material Fees:  There will be a material fee for the copper/silver wire.  At the time of posting, the fee wasn't known, but will be reasonable and can be paid on the day of the class.  We will let all students know as soon as we know.
