Instructor:  DESEDAMAS – MERCÈ GONZÁLEZ

Starting with a special and delicate silk hankie, we will transform it into a beautiful bowl. Each silk hankie is made from the stretching of a single silk cocoon, after leaving it to soak. We will demonstrate different applications, and you will have the base to experiment and apply them to your won textile works. We will highlight the lightness, transparency and etherealness of the hankies, which contrast with the intense color that is achieved by dyeing them. You can create really spectacular artistic works.
