Join Lynn Haygarth in this introductory needle felting to create a gorgeous felted landscape wall hanging, like the landscape in the photo. Lynn will provide all materials including the felted background which you will use like a canvas, then use roving's to include details, such as sheep, fences, flowers, trees tec. Embroidery stitches can also be added. This is a beginner class, so no experience is needed in this technique. Learn how to use wool rovings and a needle felter to paint a woolen landscape!
The class must be paid two weeks prior to the date of the class. You can register here with a credit card, send a cheque to Ailsa Craig Arts Centre, PO Box 312, Ailsa Craig ON 0M 1A0 or drop a cheque off at the Arts Centre, 160D Main Street between 1 and 4 on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. You can cancel your registration up to 14 days prior to the class. A $5 administration fee will be applied to all cancellations. If the class is cancelled by the Arts Centre, you will receive a full refund.
