Learn to draw and paint a still life painting with a contemporary twist using acrylics. Christine Pettit will inspire you to reach brand new heights! You don't need any experience painting or drawing, come to the class and learn a new technique.

Members: $200, Non Members: $225
Student Supplies: Sketchbook, pencils, medium sized canvas, paints, brushes, oil pastel crayons (If you have them).
Please note this class must be paid by the registration deadline. Payment can be made on the website with a credit card, mail a cheque to Ailsa Craig Arts Centre, PO Box 312, Ailsa Craig ON N0M 1A0, or drop in the Arts Centre on Tuesday from 1 - 3, our summer hours. If there are not enough students to run this class, it may be cancelled, so please hold off purchasing any supplies until the class is confirmed by email, just after September 21st.
Christine Pettit's Bio: Christine is a contemporary painter known mainly for her large scale landscapes. Having grown up in Southwestern Ontario, she eventually moved to British Columbia where a desire to express her love for the natural world spilled over onto the canvas.
Christine is a trained Interior Designer and has taken classes at the Emily Carr School for the Arts.
