This lovely and practical three pocket quilted tote can be yours! In this one day workshop, you will learn to sew a pre-quilted shoulder bag, using one yard of pre-quilted fabric from Fabricland. We will cut and bind the edges and then sew two simple seams to turn it into this handy tote. The magic is in the folding!
Supplies Needed: 1 yard of pre quilted fabric; 1/2 yard of coordinating fabric for binding; matching thread; 2 large buttons; 4" velcro; sewing matching; sewing kit.
If you prefer to quilt your own, take 2 pieces of fabric, 1 yard each, layer quilt batting in between then quilt y machine. The quilting needs to be fairly close....1" grid or any pattern you like.
